Vote for Sure Spec Print Campaign

BRIEF:
India, the world’s largest democracy is set to witness another landmark election year, with the future of the country hanging in the balance.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) is striving to encourage citizens to participate from across the country in the spirit of “I vote for sure.”

Create a print campaign that moves the eligible voting population of India to action and exercise their right to vote on the election day. The campaign should seek to achieve maximum voter turnout during the upcoming 2024 general elections.

ROUTE 1:
A prominent reason for low voter turnout is that people treat voting day as a holiday, prioritizing leisure over civic duty. This often involves making plans to stay in or go out for a vacation, neglecting the crucial task of voting.

We discuss these holiday plans in the context of their impact on the nation, emphasizing the need for prioritizing voting.

ROUTE 2:

Voting in an election is no small act.

The short walk from one’s home to the nearest polling booth can change a nation’s destiny, much like the actions of our freedom fighters did many years ago.

We communicate this by showing who or what an average voter represents when they step out of their homes to exercise their duty.
